Most Venerable Hsin Bau, was born in 1964 in Taiwan. He was ordained under Master Hsing Yun in the United States in 1988. He is the Chairperson of Fo Guang Shan Board of Directors, the current Abbot of Fo Guang Shan Monastery, and the president of the Buddha’s Light International Association (BLIA).
