Quiet Rooms

We understand that events can sometimes feel busy or overwhelming. Our Quiet Rooms are dedicated spaces for guests who may feel overwhelmed, anxious or distressed, particularly neurodivergent visitors. This calm environment offers a low-stimulation setting to pause, reset, and feel more comfortable before continuing their time at the venue.

Here at ICC Sydney, our Quiet Rooms provide comfortable seating, dimmed lighting, and a quiet, calm environment for anyone who might need to rest, recharge, or regulate their sensory needs.

ICC Sydney maintains one permanent Quiet Room which can be located on the Ground Floor of the Convention Building. ICC Sydney may also establish temporary Quiet Rooms for specific events as required. To access ICC Sydney’s Quiet Rooms, please follow signage or talk to one of our friendly team members at the Customer Services desks.

For more information about ICC Sydney’s Quiet Rooms and to help plan your visit, please view our Visual Story.
