Exhibitions at ICC Sydney: the home of creativity, innovation and entertainment

03 Jun 2025

This Global Exhibitions Day (4 June 2025), International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney), managed by ASM Global, announces it will welcome more than 618,000 people to 63 exhibitions that will spark creativity, innovation and trade in the local economy in 2025.

ICC Sydney Chief Executive Officer, Adam Mather-Brown said the exhibitions market segment was an important catalyst for business, networking, and broader economic contribution.

“Global Exhibitions Day is an opportunity to recognise the impact exhibitions have in driving economic and social benefits in the local economy.

“At ICC Sydney, we strive to make a difference, and our expanding exhibitions calendar encompasses the full spectrum of trade and consumer shows that drive key sectors of our economy. What’s especially exciting is the rise of entertainment-centric, interactive, and culturally rich exhibitions such as those inspired by technology, gaming, and pop culture which are capturing the imagination of younger audiences. These vibrant, immersive experiences highlight the growing influence of the creative industries and underscore the importance of connecting with all generations through innovative, genre-spanning formats,” Mather-Brown said.

Supported by NSW Government and Study NSW, EDUtech is Australia’s largest conference and exhibition for educators and EdTech providers that is best presented at ICC Sydney.

Managing Director, Terrapinn Australia, Matthew Williams said: “EDUtech is where meaningful connections are made, and transformative partnerships are built — all with the shared goal of advancing learning and teaching standards across Australia. With our focus on digitisation, creativity, and inclusion, ICC Sydney is the ideal venue: centrally located, exceptionally accessible, and perfectly positioned to help us create experiences tailored to the evolving needs of education professionals and partners alike.”

The Good Food & Wine Show returns to ICC Sydney from 20 – 22 June 2025 and will welcome up to 25,000 people to the interactive exhibition.

Managing Director at Spectapular Enterprises, Mike Bray said: “As we celebrate 25 years of the Good Food & Wine Show, we’re building on the success of our powerful event platform to focus on providing exceptional consumer experiences with live cooking shows, powerful masterclasses and the all-important connection between producers and consumers as you sip, taste and shop your way through over 300 food and drink stands. ICC Sydney provides the ideal backdrop, offering both the world class infrastructure and vibrant atmosphere needed to bring our vision to life in an unbeatable location on Darling Harbour.”

ICC Sydney will host the Hair Festival in June — a trade show that embodies the ‘festivalisation of events’ trend to engage a business audience.
