We are excited to be launching the new format of our ‘Fittest in the City’ series in Sydney, Australia in April 2024.

Fittest in the City, or FITC, is our fast paced, waterfall style format where teams compete in back to back workouts across a condensed competition window vying for the title of ‘Fittest in the City’.

You’ve been training at your gym – now it is time to add in tactics and teamwork and get on the TURF. Athletes will compete in teams of (2 males and 2 females) across 4 workouts testing various aspects of their fitness in a fun, competition style format. Each team will be on the TURF for 95 minutes (plus warm up time) to complete their workouts and have their scores on our LIVE! leaderboard.
