What happens to my ticket?
Sit tight – All tickets purchased (including refundable ticket purchases, if relevant) will be refunded in full to the original payment method used.

If you purchased tickets at a Ticketek Agency or using Ticketek Gift Vouchers, they do not have card details on file to process your refund automatically. Please provide Ticketek with your bank account details here by Thursday 12 August 2026, so they can process your refund.

In most cases, customers see the funds appear in their account within 5 business days, however, in some limited cases, it may take up to 20 business days for these processes to complete. Please bear with Ticketek while they process your refund.
