Cameras
Small digital cameras for personal use are accepted at most events but the flash must be turned off. Professional cameras are not permitted inside the venue at any time. Cameras with detachable lenses or fixed lenses that extend more than 5cm from the body of the camera are also prohibited. These restrictions are subject to change at any time based on individual event requirements.

Cashless Venue
ICC Sydney is a cashless venue. We accept payment via eftpos only for all services including food and beverage kiosks and cafes, parking and merchandise outlets.
Major credit cards, debit cards and mobile/watch pay (apple pay, google pay and samsung pay) are accepted. The venue does not accept alipay or wechat pay.
Children
Children 2 years of age and older require a ticket to enter ICC Sydney Theatre and must occupy their ticketed seat. Some shows (especially those intended for children) will have a different age policy. Please see the specific event page and ticket conditions for further information.
We do not recommend children under the age of 2 attend live events at ICC Sydney as there are strong noise levels and they will require appropriate protection.
Cloak Rooms
ICC Sydney offers complimentary cloaking to all guests to the Convention Centre, Exhibition Centre and ICC Sydney Theatre.
Convention and Exhibition Centre:
Cloaking is available at both Customer Service desks located on ground floor of Convention Centre and Level 2 of Exhibition.
Live Entertainment ticketed events:
ICC Sydney Theatre cloak room is located externally on Tumbalong Boulevard or Moriarty Walk to enable prohibited items to be cloaked prior to passing through security.
For concerts or shows at Darling Harbour Theatre, cloaking is available at the Customer Service desk located on the ground floor of Convention Centre.

Cloak Room Terms and Conditions:
You agree that by accepting this reclaim ticket, ICC Sydney Pty Ltd, Darling Harbour Live, the State and their employees, will not be liable for any loss or damage to the property, being the subject of the reclaim ticket.
Items are stored at the sole risk of the owner of the property or the user of this cloakroom service.
The property must be reclaimed by presenting this reclaim ticket within twenty four (24) hours after this reclaim ticket is issued to you. By using this cloakroom service, you acknowledge and agree that ICC Sydney Pty Ltd reserves the right to donate this item to charity if the item is not reclaimed. ICC Sydney Pty Ltd does not accept any liability in donating or disposing of the item. We are expressly authorised to release the property to any person presenting this reclaim ticket without requiring that person to present identification.
Dress Code
All guests in attendance are required to be fully dressed and wear shoes at all times for their own safety. ICC Sydney and ICC Sydney Theatre Management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive text and/or images. Earplugs
Should you wish to purchase earplugs for an event at ICC Sydney Theatre, they are available for purchase at the Customer Service Desk on Level 2.
EFTPOS
EFTPOS and credit card payments are accepted at all merchandise and concession stands. ICC Sydney accepts all major credit cards, debit cards and mobile/watch pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay).
The venue does not accept Alipay or WeChat Pay.
First aid rooms
ICC Sydney has First Aid rooms located in all buildings. which are operational during events:
- Convention Centre: level one located to the right of the administration entry.
- Exhibition Centre: level two located to the left of the customer service desk.
- ICC Sydney Theatre: level two (next to Door 1) and ground floor.

Please note that merchandise is not organised by ICC Sydney, but the event promoter. For further information or assistance with merchandise purchased from an event, please refer to the event organiser’s website.
Parents room
ICC Sydney has accessible parenting rooms equipped with a feeding area, change table and food preparation area. Dedicated parenting rooms can be found in the following locations:
- Convention Centre: ground floor and level two
- Exhibition Centre: level two
- ICC Sydney Theatre: level two

Prams
Responsible Service of Alcohol
ICC Sydney Theatre is a licenced venue and practices the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Free drinking water is available at every bar. Guests who appear under 25 must present a current drivers licence, NSW PhotoCard or passport prior to being served. Penalties apply for patrons who fail to comply with conditions set out in the Liquor Act 2007.
Please note that drink limits may be in place for some events.
Selfie Sticks
The use of Selfie Sticks is not permitted at ICC Sydney Theatre due to safety concerns and patron enjoyment.

For the comfort of patrons and performers the use of iPads/Tablets are not permitted at ICC Sydney and ICC Sydney Theatre. Phone usage/video and photography may be restricted at some events depending on Artist request.

Signs
Smoking
ICC Sydney and ICC Sydney Theatre is a non-smoking venue and smoking within the venue is prohibited. This includes E-cigarettes and other electronic imitations or simulation devices. Smoking must be 10 metres away from the Venue.
Standing/Dancing
Please note patrons are allowed to stand/dance in front of their ticketed seat only. They must act respectful to surrounding patrons and not block those behind them with arms or signs in the air for extended periods of time. Aisles must remain clear and are not to be used as a space to stand or dance. Standing on seats is not permitted at ICC Sydney Theatre.

Water bottles
As a condition of entry to ICC Sydney Theatre and Darling Harbour Theatre for live events, water bottles are not permitted into the venue.
Free water and biodegradable cups are available at every bar, and bottled water is available for purchase at all retail kiosks in the theatre.
