ICC Sydney’s Audio Visual Graduate Program is a purpose-built pathway for emerging AV professionals to launch their careers in one of Australia’s most dynamic event venues. This immersive 12-month program offers graduates hands-on experience across six core disciplines – audio, lighting, vision, rigging, staging, and digital media – through structured quarterly rotations.
Graduates apply their skills in live event environments every day, with each rotation offering new opportunities to build confidence and technical expertise across real-world setups. The program includes ongoing mentorship, monthly catch-ups, and competency-based assessments, helping graduates build technical expertise and confidence in client-facing roles.
