BEVERLEY PARKER


DEPUTY CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER

Beverley brings a wealth of industry experience to ICC Sydney developed through global exposure to the corporate, conference, incentive, leisure, inbound and exhibition sectors.

In her role as Chief Commercial Officer, Beverley oversees the venue’s business development strategy. She is a renowned event professional who has attracted some of the world’s most prestigious business events and conferences to ICC Sydney, establishing partnerships across Australia and the world including North Asia, North America and Europe.

She has played a pivotal role in establishing ICC Sydney’s reputation on the global stage since its opening in December 2016, successfully building the venue’s international and national event pipeline before its doors were officially opened. The venue’s track record for welcoming clients back on repeat business is a further endorsement of her leadership.

Prior to joining ICC Sydney, Beverley was the Director of Sales and Marketing with the former Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre and has held senior executive roles with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Accor Asia Pacific.

Having worked with some of the country’s most well regarded brands, Beverley has an innate ability to establish and nurture strong relationships, working collaboratively towards successful outcomes time and time again.

She is an inspiring leader with the proven ability to forge and sustain high performance teams, mentoring her staff and taking pride in their success and career development.

Beverley is passionate about promoting Sydney as a world class business events destination and lives and breathes all the city has to offer.

Fostering strong client relationships and a team culture focussed on success are Gabriella’s key drivers. With 15 year’s senior experience in the corporate development market, Gabriella is well connected and respected within the industry. Her experience, which crosses high end hotels, Sydney event destinations and cultural institutions, places her well for success with ICC Sydney.

Gabriella has held roles at Dockside Group, Spotless, Park Hyatt Sydney, Grand Hyatt Melbourne and the Victorian Arts Centre.

HELEN MANTELLATO

Entrenched in the industry for over 25 years in various leadership positions, Helen has closely witnessed the evolution of Australian events landscape from the institutional legacy of the former Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre to the current and contemporary International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney which is a world class development in the new venues scene in APAC region. An accomplished senior practitioner in the Australian events and Exhibitions industry, she is an astute commercial executive with an impressive track record of portfolio development for ICC Sydney with leading International Conventions and Prolific Trade and Consumer Exhibitions.

As a leading operations and business development professional, Helen impresses with her diversity of experience within the Australian special events, exhibitions and international conventions market.

Helen is a board member of the Exhibitions and Events Association of Australasia and an alumni of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

RACHAEL TSICALAS

Rachael Tsicalas is a passionate and creative business development professional having delivered world class experiences in Australia’s leading hospitality venues for over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Business Development – National Associations at ICC Sydney, Rachael leads strategic engagement with key association clients, delivering tailored event solutions that drive impact and growth. 

Her career spans some of Australia’s most iconic venues and hospitality groups including Luna Park Sydney, the Sydney Opera House, and Aria Catering. Rachael brings a wealth of industry knowledge, strategic insight, and a genuine passion for the association sector. Her background spans business development, client relationship management, marketing and large-scale event delivery, providing her with a deep understanding of the needs and aspirations of the associations she partners with.  

Known for her collaborative approach, strategic thinking, and passion for creating memorable experiences, Rachael brings a wealth of knowledge and energy to every client engagement. Her commitment to excellence positions her as a trusted leader in Australia’s business events landscape.
