ICC Sydney venues use Rapid Global as its Induction and Contractor Management System.
All workers working at ICC Sydney venues must adhere to the induction requirements below.
People present during show operational hours do not need to complete the induction, please watch the ICC Sydney Safety and Security video.
The induction contains ICC Sydney venues site-specific information only. Please note that the event organiser may have additional event specific safety information.
HIGH RISK WORKERS
High risk works include: workers erecting and building stands, rigging, plant operators, spotters, working at heights, plumbing, electrical, working on venue loading docks, hot works, pyrotechnics, audio visual, security, first aid providers.
All organisers, contractors, subcontractors and exhibitors conducting high risk works must complete the applicable online venue induction BEFORE arriving to ICC Sydney venues.
All high risk works companies must be registered on Rapid Global for the induction process.
Complete the below form to be sent an invitation email to register your company on Rapid Global.
Once your company registration is completed and accepted by ICC Sydney, the company administrator can send out Induction Keys to workers to complete the applicable ICC Sydney venue induction.
Note: Workers cannot complete the induction unless your company is registered on Rapid Global, and they have been issued with an Induction Key by your company administrator.

Note: Dressing / decorating a pre-built stand, supervising a stand build or moving furniture on a stand, is not deemed as high risk works.
The following requirements must be adhered to for anyone within the event space during event move-in / move-out:
- High visibility safety clothing
- Enclosed shoes (high heels, open toed shoes or thongs are not permitted)
- Be aware of forklift and other moving plant / vehicles
- Follow the direction of spotters of moving plant at all times.
