Redefining the rules of small, the Geely EX2’s design, sustainability, technology, and innovation credentials made The Cutaway an easy venue choice. Bastion Experience elevated Sydney’s newest landmark venue with a meticulously curated launch experience, featuring a bespoke runway showcase highlighting the Geely EX2’s key innovations, an immersive audiovisual production, refined food and beverage experiences, premium entertainment and carefully crafted content moments that captivated guests throughout the evening.

Geely Auto Australia’s Marketing Director Beryl Thomas, said, “A bold, defining statement for the launch of the Geely EX2 was required. The Cutaway is more than an event space – it is a cultural precinct which aligns perfectly with the launch of this fantastic new car.”

Elevated by premium design elements, six stylish colours, rear-wheel drive for an enjoyable driving experience, and filled with an abundance of tech often only seen in larger SUVs, the Geely EX2 is an uncompromising car in the small car segment.

Adam Mather-Brown, Chief Executive Officer, ICC Sydney said: “Hosting Geely’s EX2 launch as the first automotive reveal at The Cutaway was a proud milestone for our team. It showcases the venue’s extraordinary versatility, its place within Barangaroo’s sustainable precinct, and the expertise of our professionals, who deliver every event with precision, care and world class execution.

Carved from sandstone beneath the green expanse of Barangaroo Reserve, The Cutaway is one of Sydney’s most distinctive cultural and event spaces.
