International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney) has welcomed new Executive Pastry Chef, Jerry Lagudas, to the world class venue to serve up a raft of inspiring sweets and savoury delights for thousands of delegates and visitors each week.
Bringing more than 20 years’ experience to the table, Lagudas has joined ICC Sydney’s esteemed culinary team and lead eight talented pastry chefs and apprentices.
Born and raised in the Philippines, Lagudas has worked in world renowned kitchens including Harrod’s London, Atlantis The Palm Dubai and most recently, the Alshaya in Kuwait, where he held the position of Executive Pastry Chef.
Speaking of his appointment, Lagudas said he is looking forward to putting his creative skills to the test and delivering memorable event experiences for ICC Sydney’s clients, delegates and visitors.
