ICC Sydney Human Resources Business Partner named national rising star

International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney), managed by ASM Global, took home a win at the Australian Human Resources (HR) Awards on Friday night, with Ashleigh Vassallo, Human Resources Business Partner named as the 2023 Australian HR Rising Star of the Year.

The announcement underscores ICC Sydney’s focus on being an employer of choice by acknowledging the positive people and culture programs delivered by Ashleigh Vassallo that support team member success and sit at the centre of ICC Sydney’s multi-disciplinary workplace.

ICC Sydney CEO and Group Director – Convention Centres, ASM Global (APAC), Geoff Donaghy praised Ashleigh Vassallo for the programs that she had been integral in delivering that foster team members’ career development, progression, wellbeing and safety.
