OVERVIEW
ICC Sydney was proud to be selected by Talent Development Project Foundation (TDP), one of the most successful development programs in the Australian music and entertainment industry, to host this year’s Annual Graduation Concert. The program supports NSW Government high school performers in years 10,11 & 12, a key demographic involved in ICC Sydney’s commitment to Creative Industries and Generation Next within its industry leading Legacy Program.
“ICC Sydney supported the concert with so much commitment it had a significant impact on TDP’s ability to showcase the remarkable artists who came into our orbit this year. In the six years that I have been artistically leading the organisation, this is the first time I felt we served these young people with the kind of production that matched their skills and explicitly expressed how much we value their heart and talent. The Legacy Program helps us sustain the meaning and the belief in the work that we do.“

Audio visual excellence
ICC Sydney’s Audio Visual Services professionals collaborated closely with Talent Development Project to create an unforgettable experience within Pyrmont Theatre, emulating the production of a headline show in Aware Super Theatre for all graduate performers. ICC Sydney delivered an impressive sound system, investing in top-of-the-line multi-track recording software for the event to capture every instrument and vocal individually. This provided artists with a professional recording post event to assist in building their portfolio and online presence.
To further elevate the production, a 7.5m x 4m LED wall featuring bespoke moving graphics provided stunning backdrops for each performance. Over 50 moving lights were utilised, a venue first, pushing the power limits of the space. Two broadcast cameras captured the entire concert, ensuring seamless live to screen content. It was integral that audio, lighting and vision was running off timecode, along with the band, to perfectly sync each element in real time. A talented team of 15 ICC Sydney operators skilfully managed the delivery of this event.
