Authorised Tickets
Ticketek the only authorised ticket seller for entertainment events held at ICC Sydney Theatre (formerly Aware Super Theatre) and Darling Harbour Theatre. Please be aware that ICC Sydney has NO obligation to honour tickets purchased from or through unauthorised re-sellers. If you have an issue with tickets purchased through an unofficial agency please return to the point of purchase.
If you attend the Event with a ticket purchased via an unauthorised seller such as Ticketmaster Resale, Viagogo, Tickets, eBay, Gumtree, Tickets Australia, Ticket Merchant, Ticket Blaster, TicketBis, Queenoftickets or any other unauthorised re-sellers, you may be refused entry to the Event. You should be aware that forged and fraudulently-obtained tickets are presented and denied entry to nearly every event we present. For more information visit our Frequently Asked Questions page.
The patron collecting the tickets must present these 3 pieces of documentation along with their own photo identification to receive the tickets. Without this, Ticketek will not hand over the tickets. A photocopy of the transaction history or copy of the receipt will not be accepted.

Information for patrons with special needs
Special needs seating
Ticketek has a dedicated disability telephone line where you can book up to 2 tickets in the Special Needs Area. Patrons should call 1300 665 915 for further information.
Companion Card bookings
The Companion Card promotes the rights of people with a disability who require a companion to fair ticketing at events and venues. Although ICC Sydney is not officially affiliated with the Companion Card program, we do have an arrangement with majority of our hirers and can approach them on a show by show basis to obtain permission to offer a complimentary ticket for Companion Card holders.
Companion Card holders must contact the Ticketek Special Needs Line on 1300 665 915 to purchase the tickets. Please be aware that first time purchasers will be required to provide a copy of the front of the valid Companion Card as proof of issue, which is outlined in the Companion Card terms and conditions.
