ICC Sydney Launches All New Multi-Platform Marketing Campaign

22 May 2019

International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney) has launched a compelling new multi-platform marketing campaign – More Than a Venue – at leading international business events trade show, IMEX Frankfurt.

The campaign reflects the venue’s growth since its opening two years ago and emergence as a symbol of global excellence, highlighting the unique combination of people, services, partners and features that set ICC Sydney apart from its competitors.

It has been designed to showcase ICC Sydney’s pledge to provide clients with More Than a Venue and deliver a world class Sydney experience – from its Legacy Program, which provides clients with a platform to give back while enriching delegate engagement, to its industry-leading Feeding Your Performance culinary philosophy, its spectacular collection of artworks and its reach into the creative, education and innovation hubs of the city.

Geoff Donaghy, CEO of ICC Sydney, said More Than a Venue is an articulation of ICC Sydney’s vision to deliver value for its clients and demonstrate leadership through actions.

“We launched this campaign to shine a light on the stories, and the people, that help drive success at ICC Sydney each and every day. It uncovers the unexpected, the undiscovered, and the unique ways in which our people and our place offer so much More Than a Venue for our clients and their delegates.”

New photography and a sizzle video anchor the campaign, featuring a day in the life of a delegate, an external event planner and an ICC Sydney chef, each experiencing the ways in which ICC Sydney is More Than a Venue.

As part of the launch, ICC Sydney has also revealed the next iteration of its self-published magazine, transitioning to a new annual collectible format entitled Sydney InView. Published in print and with content available online through an ongoing digital strategy, the first volume invites readers to discover more about the people behind ICC Sydney, its connections and stories.
