ICC Sydney’s Human Resources Director Top of the Nation

International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney) took home a win at the Australian HR Awards on Friday night, with Luke Fleming, Director of Human Resources, receiving the Australian HR Manager of the Year award.

The Australian HR Awards event, produced by Key Media, is the most prestigious human resources program in the country recognising best practice, passion, creativity, and those who are making a difference to their organisations.

The accolade is a testament to Fleming’s commitment to lead top performing, multi-disciplinary teams. The announcement also underscores ICC Sydney’s focus on being an employer of choice by acknowledging the learning and development programs and diversity and inclusion strategy, driven by Fleming that set team members up for success and sit at the centre of ICC Sydney’s inclusive workplace environment.

CEO of ICC Sydney, Geoff Donaghy praised Luke Fleming for the programs that he had been integral in establishing, that foster team members’ career development and progression.
