Loading Dock

ICC Sydney Supplier Deliveries

ICC Sydney has three separate loading dock areas servicing ten docks in total. It is a requirement that all deliveries/pick-ups have a vehicle time slot booking in advance of arrival. Vehicles may not be accepted into the docks if no booking is made. To make a booking, please complete the Loading Dock Booking Form.

Using an Exhibition Organiser's appointed Freight Forwarder

If you are using the Exhibition/Event/Meeting main freight forwarder to deliver your freight to the venue – you do not have to do anything! They will take care of the LDMS booking for your delivery that you organise with them.

If you are using the Exhibition/Event/Meeting main freight forwarder to deliver your freight, but also then bringing items that need to be dropped off to the venue – we suggest you use the car park (P1) below the ICC Sydney Exhibition Halls to unload and use the Goods Lift at the front of Hall 1 (Lift 12) or the back of Hall 1 ( Lift 15) or front of Hall 3 (Lift 6) depending on which hall your event or stand is in, to trolley your items directly to your stand.
